Dual Face Contact, Coolant Through Spindle (CTS)
Dual face contact with coolant through spindle function is standard feature
Scale feedback on X and Z Linear axes, and C Rotary axis. (Optional)
All linear axes and rotary axis are designed with servo drive mechanism in order to achieve high rigidity and high accuracy.
Table Lubricant Oil Cooling unit
The bed is made of cast iron, having rationally arranged ribs to completely support the table. Additionally, a thermally symmetrical design and a standard equipped lubricant oil cooling unit contribute to minimize thermal distortion to realize a high thermal-rigidity structure
Rail head straightness compensation device (X-axis)
When incorporated in the machine, the compensation device for straightness of rail head travel automatically compensates arm deflection according to the rail head movement.
